We strongly believe in providing good customer service. This includes frequent updates on the progress of the various projects, fast delivery on orders, and open lines of communication between you and us. We strive to quickly respond to all calls and letters, and are extremely quick to respond to e-mail messages.

As for our model railroading history, B.T.S. has been servicing the model railroading community via mail order since 1979. Over the last ten years, the emphasis has been directed toward specialization in S and O scales, but we still keep in touch with the HO market.

Prior to the Master Creations acquisition, B.T.S. developed a line of craftsman structures in S, O and HO scales. Using laser-cutting technology, scale lumber, urethane and white metal castings as needed, B.T.S. Structures provides the model builder with accurate and highly-detailed kits.

Importing brass models and details from Korea is another part of the B.T.S. service. Greenbrier Railroad Models in S Scale are available only from B.T.S. And there are models in other scales in production under the B.T.S. label.
