A Part of B.T.S. |
The 27' Box car was built in 1880-1881
by the Union Pacific for the DSP&P. Numbered as the 900 series, they
had a capacity of 28,000 lbs. Several different arrangements of ladders
and grab irons are evident in old photos. Later they were relettered
for the Denver, Leadville & Gunnison and finally for the Colorado
& Southern.
Our kit provides all the details necessary to build a high quality model. Decals, couplers, and trucks are not included. |
