The model represents a 3-foot gauge, 18-ton ore car, similar to the
smaller Gilpin Tramway 2-foot gauge ore cars that hauled thousands of
tons of gold ore from the mines to the mills.
The kit contains injection molded body and frame parts, Westinghouse
brake hardware, older style 4-spoke brake wheel, air hoses and lift
rods. |
